Condition: Pattern is cut and complete. The dress/tunic piece is cut for the dress length. The pants/shorts pieces are not cut for length, they have been trimmed from factory folds but not cut on cutting lines.
Year: 1972
Long or short pants have elastic waistline casing. The dress or tunic with flat-woven braid trim has lowered round neckline, short kimono type sleeves and optional purchased applique and purchased belt. Long dress has slit in left side seam. Simple To Sew. Designed for knit fabrics only.
Suggested knit fabrics for all views: stretchable jersey knits of polyester, cotton, nylon, rayon or acetate such as: matte jersey, cire jersey, tricot. Stretchable double knits or polyester or wool, also in ribbed knit. Dress also in terry knit.
Envelope: Some tattering and tears, some spots.
Size 8: Bust 31 1/2", Waist 24", Hip (9" below waist): 33/12", Back neck to waist: 15 3/4"
Finished length at side seam from waistline marking of:
Long Pants: 39 3/4"
Short Pants: 12 3/4"
Finished back length of dress: 53 3/4", Finished back length of tunic: 24 3/4"
