C and D vest: Loose fitting unlined vest in hip length has front buttoned closing,side hemline slits and attached self ties and shorter length has V neckline,front buttoned closing,shaped patch pocket,cut away armholes and top stitching.Flared skirt 6" below mid-knee has elasticized waistline.
