Above knee length,pleated, wrap skirt has waistband and purchased kilt pin. Button front lined vest has back and back tie cut of lining or lightweight contrast fashion fabric. A has optional blanket stitching. B in two fabrics has optional appliques.
Pattern is cut on the size 16 1/2C cutting line. Pattern and instructions complete and neatly folded.
