Butterick sewing pattern 6669 for misses blouse, skirt and jacket. Loose-fitting unlined jacket with purchased foldover braid trim has shaped lapel and hemline, shaped patch pockets, and dropped shoulders with full length straight sleeves, can be worn cuffed up. NOTE Wrong side of fabric will show when sleeves are cuffed up and lapel is worn open. Loose-fitting blouse has small shaped collar and band all in one, front button closing and full length sleeves gathered into button cuffs with continuous lap opening_ Slightly flared skirt six inches (15cm) below mid-knee has front pleated into shaped lined yoke, straight waistband, side seam pockets and back zipper closing. Topstitching
